About NEXT DUBAI

Robert Hanzl fell in love with the United Arab Emirates during his first visit in 2010. He was captivated by the dynamically growing economy, technological progress, safety, and above all, the real estate – from modern residential projects to the iconic buildings we know from postcards.

The turbulence in global markets after 2020, which Dubai withstood, along with the growing demand for overseas investments, led Robert Hanzl to the idea of creating a project that would allow clients from the Czech Republic and Slovakia to invest in properties in the Emirates.
