How it works
The property purchase process with NEXT DUBAI is divided into six easy steps, guiding you through the entire process from property selection to contract signing.

1. Selection
Consultation and Advice: Together, we will clarify your requirements – property type, location, budget, and purpose (own living or investment).
Wide Offer: You will gain access to all available properties from leading developers in Dubai, including luxury apartments or villas.
Virtual or Personal Viewings: We offer detailed online property presentations or the option to view them directly in Dubai.
2. Reservation
Once you have selected a property, it is necessary to pay a reservation fee (EOI – Expression of Interest).
This fee typically amounts to 5–20% of the purchase price (in AED) and ensures that the property will not be offered to other interested parties.
3. Contractual process
Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA): The developer will prepare the Sales Purchase Agreement, which we will go through in detail with you and ensure its signing.
Payments: Payments typically occur in several phases according to the agreed payment plan (e.g., during construction).
4. Property registration
Dubai Land Department (DLD): We will assist you in registering the property in your name with the authorities in Dubai, which includes paying a registration fee (4% of the purchase price).
Key Handover: After the final installment is paid and formalities are completed, you will receive the keys to your new property.
5. Handover
Property Inspection: Before handover, we will ensure a thorough inspection to ensure it meets agreed standards.

6. Property management
If you plan to rent out the property, we offer complete management services – from finding tenants and arranging maintenance to managing payments.
You can enjoy regular rental income without any worries.
